Abilis Health Plan was founded with a clear mission: to deliver compassionate, high-quality care specifically designed for individuals residing in nursing facilities. Our goal is to provide a Medicare Advantage Plan that not only meets each member’s unique clinical needs, but also emphasizes prevention, coordination, and continuity of care.
