Enrollment Period
Abilis Health Plan offers continuous enrollment for individuals who qualify under the Open Enrollment Period for Institutionalized Individuals (OEPI).
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can enroll at any time throughout the year.
Who is Eligible?
You may qualify for Abilis Health if you:
- Have Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Part B (Medical Insurance)
- Reside in or are expected to reside in a participating contracted facility or community for 90 days or longer
- Meet additional Abilis Health eligibility requirements
